This is an employed position in a virtually new facility. Current physician sees about 25-30 patients per day, call 1/5. An ER group covers ER and does their best to handle admissions so you have very few incidents that you are called in for. The area is doing 420 OB’s per year… the OB/G physician is doing half of these. The rest is shared between 7 FP’s. There are 30 physicians at the main facility at a very up-to-date 100-bed hospital, with a new surgery center has been completed. Offering very competitive compensation and benefit package as an employee. Without OB compensation range is $140-220K and with OB is $151-234K and package will include up to $25K signing bonus; malpractice insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, up to $10K relocation allowance, up to $60K medical loan repayment assistance, etc.

Employed position with a salary base of $130K for FP and $140K for internist. Very lucrative production bonus system. Current physicians making about $200-250K per year with bonus. Four day work week and call is 1 in 4. Less than an hour to two bigger cities and a little over an hour to a third.
